Choosing an antique or vintage piece is a personal decision. Mosaik welcomes questions about materials, dimensions, condition, and delivery so you can consider your selection with confidence. For assistance with a particular object or an existing order, contact us with the product name or order number.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Moreno Valley, CA. Most items ship via UPS within 3 business days of purchase.
- Furniture and white-glove delivery within California: $250.
- Furniture and white-glove delivery to all other U.S. states: $750.
- Monumental or exceptionally heavy pieces: Individual shipping quotation where indicated in the product listing. Contact us before ordering.

Returns & Replacements
Returns & Refunds
Our collection includes antiques, vintage pieces, and artisan-made objects. Available quantities and individual characteristics are shown on each product page.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received and carefully packed for return shipment.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and fully insured shipping service. The customer remains responsible for the item until it is received back by Mosaik.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for approved discretionary returns. Original shipping, delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from its description, please contact Mosaik promptly and provide photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the claim.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
No exchanges are offered on one-of-a-kind antique and vintage merchandise.
