Refund policy

Return Authorization & Costs

Please request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing mosaiksales@gmail.com. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. Returns must be authorized by Mosaik before shipment.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend a trackable, insured service and careful protective packaging.

A 15% restocking fee applies to approved discretionary returns. Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Returned items must arrive in the same condition in which they were received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges & Refunds

We do not offer exchanges. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
