Made in Vizagapatam, situated on the south east coast of India, near Madras.
Sandalwood inlaid surround the dome top and base.
These exotic box pieces were crafted and retailed in Madras and Calcutta by the English and Dutch East India Companies.
Great decorative inlaid pen box or jewelry box.
