Tinned copper Jewish Judaica Menorah lamp copper.
 
Hanging tinned copper Hanukkah oil lamp Menorah, Morocco, circa 1950.
 
Decorated with openwork, engravings, a 6 branch star on top and with figures of birds.
 
Made of metal copper pierced and chased with scrolling foliage and a row of eight mihrabs (gates).
 
North African / Moroccan .
 
It is like other works with this type of cast workmanship as described in the book Lighting the Way to Freedom by Yaniv Ben Or.
 
Note: The 9-branched candelabrum is a hanukiyah or Hannukah lamp.
 
There are 8 cups on the bottom portion to hold the candle for each night of Hanukkah and one cup on the top to serve as the servant light.
 
The motifs are a bird on the top left and on the top right; it looks like fighting cocks some writing in Hebrew and a star on top..

12 inches tall and is 10 1/4 inches wide 2 inches deep
 
The Menorah can be used standing or hanging.
