Mosaik Policy

Every item we sell has been hand-made using simple tools. Naturally, there may be some slight variation between pieces. As a result, the item you receive may be slightly different than that pictured. These subtle differences only enhance the beauty and value of each piece, ensuring your purchase is truly one of a kind. If you have any questions about a particular item, please feel free to email us.

The tactile quality of these materials and the unique handmade subtle differences in the Mosaic tiles give them the essence and beauty.

In the unlikely situation that your product should arrive damaged, you need to inform us ASAP, maximum 48 hours from receiving date (by email, phone or fax). You are asked to keep the packaging for inspection in case we need to open an insurance claim with the shipping company. Failure to do so will void any responsibilities for the occurred damage on our and/or the shipping company side.

Goods may only be returned in their original package. Goods may be returned only by the carrier with our previous approval.

Shipping and handling charges

All orders shipped in the continent of U.S. are shipped UPS unless requested otherwise, or unless we opt otherwise. Shipping time takes on average of 3 to 14 business days .

Due to the size of some products, some items will be shipped in over-sized cartons, which may result in higher freight cost.

International shipping and handling charges

All orders shipped outside the US continent are shipped USPS (United States Postal Services) by surface or air, unless requested otherwise. Automatic calculation for the shipping method, at the time of checking out is currently available only for the US continent. The extra cost of international shipping charges will be calculated at the time of shipping and is added to the paid total amount of the invoice, due and payable.
Surface delivery time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks, and by air is 5 to 10 working days.
Customs and taxes on international shipments are the recipient's responsibility. The local customs office could be contacted to get more information on rules and regulations.
