SHIPPING INFORMATION
Domestic shipping can typically be sent overnight, 2 or 5 day delivery.
We normally use UPS, however most shippers set maximum weight and size
limits. If an item you wish to purchase exceeds those limits, then we
will be required to use a freight shipper, either one of our tried and
true favorites or one of your choosing.
PAYMENT
You may purchase an item online or in the showroom by check, credit
card, or cash. if the order is placed online, we will make every attempt
to get your item(s) shipped within 24-48 hrs.
Security
Note: Our order system uses the latest SSL Encrypted Security for all
and any credit card transaction.
RETURN POLICY
In the rare instance, returns are acceptable if we are notified within 3
days of receipt of merchandise. Returns are only honored if conditions
of sale are not met as specified.
Clothing and shoes must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition in its
original packaging with all original tags.
It is necessary to e-mail or call us prior shipping
back for authorization code, to check with us for the most efficient
way of your return, and proper return procedure.

International
shipping and handling charges
International shipping, which we do on a regular
basis, can only be handled on a case by case basis, depending on
destination, weight, etc.
All orders shipped outside the US continent are
shipped USPS (United States Postal Services) by surface or air, unless
requested otherwise. Automatic calculation for the shipping method, at the
time of checking out is currently available only for the US continent. The
extra cost of international shipping charges will be calculated at the
time of shipping and is added to the paid total amount of the
invoice, due and payable.
Surface delivery time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks, and by air is 5 to 10
working days.
Customs and taxes on international shipments are the recipient's
responsibility. The local customs office could be contacted to get
more information on rules and regulations.
